Kick-off meeting, 19-20 November 2025

On 19-20 November 2025, the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ) hosted the Kick-Off Meeting for the EQuIP project as its coordinator. EQuIP is a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing the quality and effectiveness of international collaborations in higher education.

The project's key objectives include:

• Establishing harmonized frameworks for evaluating international agreements
• Developing innovative digital tools to improve student and staff mobility outcomes
• Strengthening partnerships among European higher education institutions

UVSQ's International Relations and Projects Department brought together seven European partner universities for this hybrid launch event:

• University of Padua (Italy)
• University of Porto (Portugal)
• Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (Norway)
• HAN University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands)
• Ghent University (Belgium)
• European University Foundation (Luxembourg)
• Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece)
